Dr Karen Rommelfanger (Emory) to discuss neuroenhancement at upcoming talks

For Brain Awareness Week 2014, Dr. Karen Rommelfanger is scheduled to give a talk titled, “Better than Well. Neuroenhancement and Beyond” at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville on March 10, 2014.

Dr. Rommelfanger will also be moderating a panel on Neuroscience, Neuroenhancement and the Future of Bioethics in Atlanta on March 21, 2014. This will be one of the panels featured at the 20th Annual Conference of the Healthcare Ethics Consortium. This year’s theme is, “Embracing Change: Balancing Innovation and Our Humanity.”

ANEC would like to give a shout-out to Dr. Rommelfanger for being a pioneer in the field of neuroethics!  Karen’s profile appeared in the most recent issue of the Brainstorm Newsletter, released by the Canadian Neuroethics Interest Group.
